Our goal is to aid you in uncovering your true potential and leading a life that is worth celebrating. If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you are just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
Counseling
Calm the Chaos will serve you while you uncover your true potential. Although, you cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Several counseling modalities will be used to aid in this process for example, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family system therapy.
Telehealth
Telehealth counseling services (telephone and videoconferencing) are available in order to provide clients with additional options in care to meet your needs in response to COVID-19. Additionally, our telehealth services are HIPPA compliant, totally private, and secure.
Insurance Policy
Calm the Chaos does not participate with any insurance plans. You are welcome to use your FLEX SPENDING and HEALTH SAVING ACCOUNT credit card. Payment Options: Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment including flex spending and health spending credit cards.
Cancellations Policy
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment so that we may offer that appointment to a client on our waiting list. If you miss your scheduled appointment and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75 fee.
